LOL. On a side note: I truely wish some of those 1970's music shows were PD, but the copyright issues involved...very complex and not worth the trouble.
Which also probably includes any show with Ricky performing hia 1970's self-written comeback hit "Garden Party".

As far as copyrights to 70s shows are concerned..the LOCAL ones I wouldnt be surprised if they are in PD. Examples such as WTOP-TV/Washington's "Music Connection" or Baltimore's "Soap Factory Disco", Cleveland's "Upbeat" or Denver's "Mile High Dance Party".
Most of those shows were connected to local radio stations even though they did air on TV and many of those radio stations have since switched formats, under new ownerships, and new call letters. In other words...forgotten. I highly doubt for example Baltimore's B104-FM would even care about Soap Factory since, well B104 doesnt even exist anymore.
